4th Grade
The fourth graders supported the children’s ministry at Hyde Park by building pinwheels for the Easter services. It was a beautiful day to work outside! The students are focused on stewardship this week, so we took the opportunity to talk about the facilities at the Quarries campus and how to keep our environment clean. Â
After we were through, the kids circled up and prayed over all the pinwheels before delivering them to the church for the Easter celebration. Â

4th Grade – Day 1

Our 4th graders were so excited about serving the Hyde Park facilities team. They work so hard all year to maintain our school, we were glad to partner with them today! Each student served with a happy and willing heart. They truly reflected the love of Christ in their service work as well as leading the GOweek chapel today. They taught both our elementary and middle school student about our partner country, Ukraine.

4th Grade: Fun Run!
What an amazing finish to a week dedicated toward serving others! The victory lap was a beautiful display of love and support for the Benson family. Our hearts are full as we head into spring break!
4th Grade: Day 4
Today 3rd grade led chapel and taught us all about the Fruits of the Spirit. They did an amazing job! Our kids then participated in a cultural fair with 3rd and 5th grade. Our 4th graders designed beautiful Ukrainian Easter eggs called Pysankas. 5th grade taught us how to make a woven basket from Rwanda. 3rd grade taught us how to make a beautiful Christmas lantern called a Parol. We learned a lot! Tomorrow we will end our week with a Fun Run at Camp Mabry!
4th Grade: Day 3
Today we led the elementary chapel. We sang “Oh Happy Day” and presented facts about Ukraine. We then took vans over to the Quarries Campus and put together 400 pinwheels for Hyde Park Church. These will be distributed with a devotion to families with young children as a way to spend time together. Our hearts are full!
