Hyde Park 8th grade girls learned art techniques to relieve stress. The student’s art will be donated, once prepared for hanging.

Coach Pete’s group of 8th grade guys worked super hard this morning! Coach Brandon, with HP track, is building a long jump pit. The guys worked to loosen dirt and move it to create a border around the frame.

8th Grade Boys Organize Field House
The 8th graders were divided into 3 groups this week. Our group has been working with Coach Pete doing various projects around the Quarries complex. On Monday, they cleaned out the field house. They made MANY trips to the dumpster and helped to make the field house more organized. They also rearranged the weight room. Go check it out! On Tuesday, they helped Coach Brandon with a long jump project and then picked up at least 10+ bags of trash along the driveway into the Quarries. Today, they are picking up trash in other locations and cleaning out the caboose…all with smiles on their faces!
